Experts suggest that Ukraine can significantly aid the European Union in securing critical battery materials, particularly graphite, thereby reducing the bloc's heavy dependence on China. Ukraine holds substantial reserves of 25 out of 34 minerals deemed critical by the EU, including the largest deposits of graphite and manganese in Europe.
