Hamas announced on Friday it agreed to a deal to end the war with Israel, including provisions for the complete disarmament of the group and a gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza. US President Donald Trump confirmed the disarmament plan, stating it is a critical step toward a new Palestinian government. The Board of Peace, established by Trump, will oversee the process through a National Committee for Administration of Gaza. Hamas officials said they expect mediators to ensure Israel complies with the terms, including gradual withdrawal. Despite an October ceasefire, violence continues, with over 1,214 Palestinians killed since the truce and tens of thousands still living in tents. Israel has not yet responded to the deal.
