ConflictThe United Kingdom has authorized the transfer of intellectual property rights for the 'Stone Cloak' electronic warfare technology to Ukraine, enabling Kyiv to domestically mass-produce signal jammers. These tablet-sized units, attached to drones, jam hostile radar networks, allowing Ukrainian UAVs to bypass Russian air defenses during long-range strikes. Thousands of units have already been exported; now Ukraine can scale up production independently. In return, UK military analysts receive operational telemetry from Ukrainian battlefields to refine next-generation armaments. The announcement coincides with talks between UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Burnham reaffirmed unwavering support for Ukraine amid regular near-daily long-range attacks on Russian port, oil infrastructure, and vessels in the Black Sea and Sea of Azov, which have disrupted Russia's economy and frozen growth forecasts.
