Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ: ALBT) announced Monday that it is rebranding as Change Agents Corp., marking the completion of its transition into a pure-play agentic artificial intelligence software company.
Name and Ticker Change
The company's common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol CHGA on July 22, 2026. The name change, ticker change, and existing CUSIP number will not affect shareholders' ownership interests, and no action is required from shareholders.
The rebranding follows Avalon's acquisition of RPM Interactive and reflects the company's shift from a diversified technology business to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company focused on agentic AI platforms for businesses and content creators.
Leadership Vision
Michael Mathews, director of Change Agents Corp., recently discussed the company's strategy in an investor interview, outlining the Beacon and Catch-Up platforms and the company's long-term AI growth plans.
"Change Agents is more than a new name, it represents our vision for the future," Mathews said. "We are building agentic AI software products designed to deliver material revenue increases for small businesses, brands, and content creators. As artificial intelligence transforms how businesses market, engage customers, and compete online, we believe our platforms are well positioned to help customers capitalize on this shift while creating sustainable, recurring revenue and long-term value for our shareholders."
AI Product Pipeline
The company's portfolio includes two key platforms:
- Beacon – An AI Generative Engine Optimization platform expected to launch in late third quarter 2026. It helps businesses improve visibility across AI-powered search engines, monitors brand presence, and boosts discoverability as consumers increasingly turn to AI assistants over traditional search engines.
- Catch-Up – Currently in Phase 2 development, this platform is being transformed into an autonomous AI-powered content creation platform for podcasters and social media creators. The company is developing the product with Caylent, an Amazon Web Services Premier Tier Services Partner.
Additional Growth Opportunities
The company is also evaluating additional AI software opportunities in defense, military, security, and other enterprise markets.
Legacy Product Business
In addition to its AI business, Change Agents distributes the KetoAir breathalyzer, a non-invasive device that measures ketosis levels through a user's breath. The product is sold in North America and is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a Class I medical device.
