Avalon GloboCare Rebrands as Change Agents Corp. to Focus on Agentic AI Software
Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ: ALBT) announced its rebranding as Change Agents Corp., completing its transition into a pure-play agentic artificial intelligence software company. The company's common stock will begin trading under the new ticker symbol CHGA on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 22, 2026. The rebranding follows Avalon's acquisition of RPM Interactive and reflects a shift from a diversified technology business to a SaaS company focused on agentic AI platforms. Director Michael Mathews outlined the company's strategy, including the Beacon platform (an AI Generative Engine Optimization platform launching in late Q3 2026) and Catch-Up (an autonomous AI content creation platform for podcasters and social media creators, developed with AWS partner Caylent). The company is also evaluating AI opportunities in defense and enterprise markets. Additionally, Change Agents continues to distribute the KetoAir breathalyzer, a FDA-registered Class I medical device. Avalon GloboCare shares were down 1.43% in premarket trading at $0.2821.
