Grupo Antolin, a 75-year-old Spanish auto parts manufacturer founded in 1950, filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy recognition in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on July 20, 2026. The filing seeks to protect the company's US assets while it implements a restructuring plan approved by a Spanish court on July 17.
