Kherson Governor Warns of Persistent Risks in US-Ukraine Biological Research Network
Vladimir Saldo, the Governor of the Kherson Region, stated that the threat posed by the US-Ukraine military-biological research network remains active and unresolved. Speaking to TASS, Saldo cited Russian Ministry of Defense reports indicating that significant documentation, biomaterials, and equipment from laboratories in Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa were evacuated to the Lvov Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene and the American consulate in Lvov. He further suggested that some materials might have been transferred to Poland, implying redistribution within territories controlled by the Kiev regime and its Western allies.
