German CEO Brings NASA-Backed Battery Tech to China
Enervenue, a startup founded by Stanford professor Yi Cui and led by German CEO Henning Rath, is establishing a factory in Changzhou, China, to produce nickel-hydrogen batteries. This technology, originally developed for NASA space missions, has been adapted for commercial use through decades of research, offering a long-lasting energy storage solution without relying on lithium or rare earth metals.
