According to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the second inter-agency satellite network coordination meeting between Chinese and Norwegian authorities was held successfully in Oslo, Norway, from September 21 to 23. The meeting was conducted under the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Radio Regulations framework. The Chinese delegation included representatives from MIIT's Radio Administration Bureau, the National Radio Spectrum Management Center, the Beijing Institute of Tracking and Telecommunications Technology, China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd., China Satcom Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., and Tsinghua University. The Norwegian delegation included the Norwegian Communications Authority, Space Norway, and SpaceX Norway. The talks are expected to promote frequency-orbit compatibility and sharing between the two countries' satellite systems, accelerate China's international satellite network frequency coordination process, and support China's aerospace engineering development.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the second bilateral satellite network coordination meeting between the competent authorities of China and Norway was held in Oslo, Norway, from September 21 to 23.
During the meeting, the Radio Administration Bureau of MIIT and the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom) engaged in consultations on more than 30 topics related to multiple satellite systems in both high and low Earth orbits. The discussions were conducted within the framework of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Radio Regulations and covered a wide range of services and frequency bands, including:
- Satellite services: Fixed-satellite and mobile-satellite services
- Frequency bands: L, S, C, X, Ku, Ka, and Q/V bands
The two sides fully exchanged views and reached multiple consensuses, jointly signing the meeting minutes. The successful conclusion of this meeting has promoted the compatibility and shared use of frequency and orbital resources between the satellite systems of both countries. It is expected to accelerate the international coordination process for China's satellite network frequencies and support the advancement of China's aerospace engineering projects.
