According to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the second inter-authority satellite network coordination meeting between China and Norway was held in Oslo from September 21 to 23. The Chinese delegation included representatives from MIIT, the National Radio Spectrum Management Center, the Beijing Institute of Tracking and Telecommunications Technology, China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd., China Satcom Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., and Tsinghua University. The Norwegian delegation included representatives from the Norwegian Communications Authority, Space Norway, and SpaceX Norway.
