Beijing, September 22 — During a press conference held this morning by the State Council Information Office as part of the "Starting the 15th Five-Year Plan" series, officials provided updates on efforts to promote the safe, efficient, and sustainable use of natural resources.
According to the relevant authorities, notable progress has been made in mineral exploration. From January to August, the following new recoverable reserves were added:
- Crude oil: Nearly 70 million tonnes
