September 21 (Jin10 Data) — The General Office of the People's Government of Hubei Province has issued the "Several Measures for a Short- and Long-Term Combined Approach to Promote Stable and Positive Economic Growth in Hubei Province for the Third and Fourth Quarters."
Key measures include:
