It warned of possible evacuations, train delays, and reroutings in the central Ukrainian region of Dnipro.

Attacks Near the Polish Border
On Sunday, a Russian drone struck a train traveling towards Poland near the border. According to sources in Warsaw and Kyiv, no one was injured. Railway operator PKP Intercity reported that the train was en route from Kyiv to Warsaw, carrying 206 passengers.
Additionally, a truck near the Ukrainian border with Poland was attacked by Russian drones. A spokesperson for the Polish Border Guard told Reuters that the Dorohusk-Jahodyn crossing was temporarily closed approximately 800 meters from Polish territory following the attack. Operations were later resumed.
Increased Attacks on Border Crossings
Ukraine relies on trade and weapons deliveries via its borders with Poland, Romania, and Moldova. In recent weeks, Russia has begun targeting Ukraine's border crossings with its Western allies. - The mayor of the Russian city of Nizhnekamsk reported that Ukrainian drones had hit civilian and industrial targets. At least two people were killed and several others injured.
- Ukrainian authorities did not immediately comment on the Nizhnekamsk attack but confirmed an attack on another refinery in the southern Russian region of Krasnodar.
