The ruling comes days after the Supreme Court lifted an earlier injunction without ruling on the legality of the measure. The Postal Service had published final rules based on Trump's March executive order, including new design guidelines. The judge issued a temporary restraining order blocking implementation for two more weeks. New York Attorney General Letitia James and California Attorney General Rob Bonta praised the ruling, with Bonta stating, 'President Trump must keep his hands off our elections.'
