EntertainmentMoroccanoil, an Israeli haircare brand, has ended its six-year sponsorship of the Eurovision Song Contest, effective next year. The announcement comes alongside several major updates for the 2027 contest, which will be held in Burgas, Bulgaria, following Dara's victory. Canada will compete for the first time after its broadcaster joined the EBU. New rules have been introduced barring countries involved in armed conflict or sensitive geopolitical situations from hosting the event if they win, with an alternative host broadcaster to be identified. The changes follow last year's contest where five countries withdrew in protest over Israel's participation, and a sixth has indicated it will do the same if Israel is invited back in 2027.
