JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is personally reaching out to CEOs of major US companies across banking, technology, energy, utilities, telecom, airlines, and railroads to discuss the rapid adoption of AI. The outreach, which began in July 2026 and covers over 40 firms, is part of an expansion of the Alliance for Critical Infrastructure (ACI), a group JPMorgan helped establish. The goal is to develop a common understanding of AI usage, associated risks, and necessary safeguards. The initiative is expected to involve engagement with the Trump administration. Dimon has been among a small group of CEOs publicly warning about advanced AI risks. The ACI, which includes Mastercard and Berkshire Hathaway Energy, aims to support resilience planning and information-sharing across critical infrastructure sectors.
