FinanceAlphabet, Google's parent company, has returned to the bond market, offering notes in up to 10 parts with maturities ranging from two to 40 years, according to sources. This move comes despite investor concerns over the company's massive AI-related capital expenditures. Alphabet recently increased its 2026 capital-expenditure forecast to as much as US$205 billion, more than double its 2025 outlays, signaling aggressive investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure. The bond issuance allows Alphabet to raise debt capital to fund these investments while taking advantage of current market conditions.
