FinanceJeff Bezos has filed to sell approximately 15 million Amazon shares, valued at about $4.07 billion, according to a SEC filing. The planned sale falls under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on November 14, 2025, and was executed through Morgan Stanley. The sale comes after Amazon stock hit a record high on Monday, following strong second-quarter results that pushed the company's market value above $3 trillion. Amazon reported Q2 revenue of $200.61 billion and earnings of $5.75 per share, with cloud division outperformance boosting investor confidence in Amazon's AI investments. Amazon shares dropped over 2% on Tuesday after the disclosure. The filing also revealed Bezos transferred 220,200 shares to nonprofit organizations in May. Bezos has separately raised $10 billion in outside funding for his space company Blue Origin.
