FinanceBending Spoons S.p.A., a Nasdaq-listed technology holding company, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Airtable, a privately held enterprise workflow software company based in San Francisco, in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.285 billion. Including outstanding debt, the total enterprise value is approximately $2.25 billion. This marks Bending Spoons' first major acquisition since its Nasdaq debut on July 1, 2026. The deal continues the company's strategy of expanding its portfolio of technology businesses, which already includes AOL and Eventbrite. Airtable specializes in enterprise workflow and collaboration solutions, allowing organizations to build custom workflows without extensive technical expertise. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Bending Spoons' presence in the enterprise software market.
