Monday morning's Export Inspections report revealed wheat shipments of 394,785 metric tons (14.51 million bushels) for the week ending July 23. This represents:

- Bangladesh: 58,341 MT
- Japan: 56,444 MT
- Mexico: 54,407 MT
The marketing year total now stands at 2.543 MMT (93.4 million bushels), which is 23.21% below the same period last year.

Weekly Commitment of Traders data showed significant positioning changes in the week ending July 21:
- CBT wheat futures and options: Managed money reduced their net short position by 17,449 contracts, bringing it to 19,349 contracts.
