Tourism Minister S. Rajesh Kumar on Saturday handed over offer letters to candidates selected at a job fair organised by the Kanniyakumari District Employment and Career Guidance Centre and the Tamil Nadu State Rural/Urban Livelihood Mission (Women’s project) in Nagercoil.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Rajesh Kumar said that the job fair not only facilitated employment opportunities but also provided career guidance, counselling, and free skill development training to help youth enhance their employability. He noted that vacancies in various government departments are being filled without delay, and that district-level job fairs are being organised regularly to create employment opportunities in the private sector for eligible candidates.
The Minister congratulated the selected candidates and urged them to upgrade their skills in their respective fields to reach greater heights in the future.
