Keyserlingk comes from a Westphalian noble family. Her family's history is documented back to the 15th century. Her ancestors were generals, writers, or philosophers. Also because the competitors performed strongly. Keyserlingk's teammate Kira Wittmann jumped a personal best twice and won the German Championship title with 14.14 meters. Carolin Joyaux (13.98 meters/silver) and Ruth Hildebrand (13.92 meters/bronze) also came close to the 14-meter mark.
