Germany and RB Leipzig left-back David Raum releases debut single as DJ ROOMER

Exciting days for Germany national team player David Raum (28). Not only is the collection of his fashion label "Vorgrace" going on sale this Friday, but his debut single as DJ ROOMER is also being released. The track, titled "My Body," was created in collaboration with other artists and is designed to get people dancing with its hypnotic groove.

Insiders describe the song as "a masterpiece of deep, rolling house, tailor-made for the late hours and the hazy dancefloors of after-parties. The track is carried by a hypnotic groove and a powerful, surging bassline."

Raum recently spoke about music in a BILD interview, saying: "It's a great balance for me. In music, I'm DJ ROOMER, and on the pitch, I'm Raum. I want to keep that separate. I want to continue exploring myself as a music producer and DJ in the future."

Sporting Future

Next week, the captain will return to RB Leipzig after his World Cup vacation. His future at the club remains open.

According to BILD information, talks are expected to resume during the preparation period. Raum has previously flirted with a move to the Premier League. However, Germany's disappointing World Cup exit after just four games is unlikely to have boosted his market value. Raum played in two of the four matches, starting once.

The national player, who joined from Hoffenheim for €26 million in 2022, would need to sign one of the club's new, strongly performance-based contracts for the first time. On the other hand, he enjoys great appreciation at the club, is a regular starter, and is firmly established on the left side — even as Max Finkgräfe (22) increasingly applies pressure.

Ideally, all parties will sit down and reach an agreement. Otherwise, RB Leipzig faces losing him on a free transfer in summer 2027 — a scenario that recently played out with Konrad Laimer (29, Bayern) and Xaver Schlager (28, Nottingham). Both are incidentally represented by the same advisory agency as Raum.

Fan Website Donation Appeal

For many RB Leipzig fans, the website RB-Fans.de is a regular go-to resource, run by around 20 volunteers. The operators recently announced:

"For a long time, the website could be financed through advertising or private funds. The advertising placed on the website was ultimately more of a nuisance than financial support. Therefore, we have decided to stop showing ads."

They added: "To keep the site running, we have about €60 per month in server, hosting, and podcast costs, which we need to cover first."

A fundraising campaign was launched on GoFundMe. Nearly €4,000 has already been raised toward the initial target of €5,000.
