ZenaTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZENA), an AI drone company, announced Thursday that it has completed its 26th Drone as a Service acquisition, purchasing BA Land Professionals LLC, based in Dayton, Ohio.
ZenaTech Footprint Reaches 12 States
The transaction gives ZenaTech its first Ohio location and expands its U.S. network to 12 states. BA Land Professionals is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
The surveying firm serves construction, energy, industrial, and government customers. Its services include:
- Land surveying
- Construction layout
- Topographic and boundary surveys
- ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Drone and LiDAR mapping
- GPS control services

Regional Service Expansion
ZenaTech plans to introduce additional drone-based services across the region, including:
- Construction progress monitoring and 3D site mapping through ZenaWorx

The acquisition also provides ZenaTech with an established customer base and a management team with a combined 40 years of surveying experience.

Passley noted that the acquired company's customer relationships provide a platform for introducing ZenaTech's drone and LiDAR capabilities across construction, infrastructure, and energy markets.

ZenaTech is building its Drone as a Service network by acquiring established service companies and integrating drone technology into their operations. Its platform provides businesses and government agencies with on-demand or subscription-based drone services, allowing customers to access capabilities without owning or operating the equipment.
