CoAspire wins $70M US Navy contract for RAACM-ER ground-launched cruise missile under CHAOS program

CoAspire has been awarded a $70 million prototype Other Transaction Agreement by the US Navy to deliver its Rapidly Adaptable Affordable Cruise Missile-Extended Range (RAACM-ER) Ground-Launched variant as part of the Coalition Heterogenous Affordable Offensive Strike (CHAOS) program. The contract, managed through CMG Networks and the Naval Aviation Systems Consortium, tasks CoAspire with designing, building, testing, and providing a ground-launched, mid-range cruise missile to the Navy's PMX-201 program office. The CHAOS program aims to equip US allies and coalition partners via Foreign Military Sales with a cost-effective maritime strike weapon capable of engaging land-based and moving maritime targets. CoAspire highlighted the use of additive manufacturing for rapid modifications, maximized payload, and reduced production costs. The RAACM-ER Ground-Launched configuration is adapted to CHAOS requirements and is comparable to the RAACM-ER GHOST variant used in other US defense programs. This contract follows CoAspire's recent inclusion in a framework agreement for the US Air Force's Family of Affordable Mass Missiles program.
