Babcock International Group and LIG Defence & Aerospace (LIG D&A) have signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to strengthen international defence industrial collaboration. Babcock International Group and LIG Defence & Aerospace (LIG D&A) have announced the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, marking a significant step in strengthening their international defence industrial collaboration.

Babcock’s Presence in South Korea
Babcock has a long-standing presence in South Korea through Babcock Korea, including an assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility in Busan. This facility supports Republic of Korea Navy programmes, including the supply of its Weapon Handling and Launch System (WHLS) for South Korea’s KSS-III submarine programme. Babcock also maintains several established strategic partnerships across Korean industry.
