Five-Year GPU Infrastructure Contract Expands AI Platform Strategy
KIDZ AI Inc. (NASDAQ: KIDZW) has signed a definitive 60-month enterprise AI compute services agreement with Canopy Wave, Inc., valued at approximately $44.6 million. The deal marks another step in the company's expansion into artificial intelligence infrastructure.
The agreement, announced on July 21, 2026, will be executed through KIDZ AI's wholly owned subsidiary, Catalyst Compute LLC.
Contract Includes Deployment of Nvidia HGX B300 Systems
Under the terms of the agreement, Catalyst Compute will procure and deploy 256 Nvidia HGX B300 GPUs across 32 computing nodes.
Each node will feature:
- Dual Intel Xeon 6776P processors
- 4TB of DDR5 memory
- 800Gb/s InfiniBand networking
This configuration is designed to create high-performance infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads.
Canopy Wave is expected to pay KIDZ AI a total of $44.6 million over the initial five-year term in exchange for GPU compute leasing services.
The agreement remains subject to Catalyst Compute placing a non-cancellable order for the GPU server infrastructure required to support the contract.
Canopy Wave Supports Enterprise AI Applications
Santa Clara, California-based Canopy Wave provides API access to several open-weight artificial intelligence models, including offerings from Moonshot AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, and Zhipu AI.
The company also maintains SOC 2-certified data security and privacy controls for its platform.
"This milestone contract is an important step in KIDZ AI's evolution into a broader AI technology and infrastructure platform," said Stephanie Luo, Chief Executive Officer of KIDZ AI.
Tao Zhang, Chief Executive Officer of Canopy Wave, said the company looks forward to helping KIDZ AI scale additional GPU clusters and described the infrastructure as intended to serve the enterprise AI market.
Company Continues AI Infrastructure Expansion
Formerly known as Classover Holdings, KIDZ AI has been broadening its business beyond education technology by investing in AI compute infrastructure and GPU cloud services as it seeks to build a larger presence in the enterprise artificial intelligence market.
