OtherInfluencers Andrew and Tristan Tate are legally resisting extradition to the United Kingdom after being arrested in Miami, Florida. The brothers, who appeared in court in prison uniforms and handcuffs, face new allegations from British authorities involving four additional victims, including charges of rape, assault, human trafficking, and offenses related to child abuse images and extreme pornography from 2010 to 2017. Their lawyer, Joseph McBride, dismissed the allegations as 'dirt and slander' and expressed confidence the extradition request would fail. The Tates, US-British dual nationals, previously faced similar charges in Romania and the UK, which they denied. A trial in Romania did not take place due to legal and procedural issues. Judge Lauren Louis has scheduled another hearing for the following Monday.
