Ziggi's Coffee Names Stacey Pool Chief Growth Officer
Ziggi's Coffee announced the appointment of Stacey Pool as Chief Growth Officer, a newly expanded leadership role based at the company's headquarters in Mead, Colorado. The move comes as the brand celebrates 10 years of franchising in 2026, with 120 locations currently open and over 200 in development. Pool will lead the strategy behind Ziggi's continued expansion, focusing on accelerating unit growth, entering new markets, and strengthening franchisee profitability. She brings extensive experience from her previous roles as Chief Marketing Officer at FullSpeed Automotive and Noodles & Company, as well as senior marketing positions at Vail Resorts and Nike. Co-founder and CEO Brandon Knudsen highlighted Pool's rare mix of franchise experience and brand-building expertise. Pool is already working with Ziggi's leadership to shape the brand's next phase of growth.
