Xeinadin extends Dublin reach with acquisition of Hayden Brown
Professional services group Xeinadin has expanded its presence in Dublin, Ireland, by acquiring Hayden Brown, a long-established audit, accountancy and tax practice founded in 1897. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hayden Brown, based on Grafton Street, serves clients across retail, renewable energy, professional services and entertainment sectors. Partner Stephen Brown noted that Xeinadin's model allows firms to retain local presence while gaining access to wider expertise and resources. Xeinadin Ireland managing partner Sandra Clarke highlighted that the acquisition strengthens the group's city-centre footprint and enhances its audit and tax offerings. The transaction is part of a series of strategic investments by Xeinadin in 2026, following seven acquisitions last year and the recent addition of Crossley & Davis in June.
