Vargas and Sow to Join Sevilla Training Camp in Netherlands Amid Transfer Speculation
Sevilla FC's Swiss internationals Rubén Vargas and Djibril Sow will join the team's training camp in the Netherlands after finishing their post-World Cup vacations. Switzerland was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Argentina. Vargas, whose market value has risen to €15 million after a strong World Cup, has attracted Premier League interest and Sevilla hopes to earn around €20 million for him. Sow, valued at €7.5 million, has also drawn inquiries but no formal offers have been made. The squad will train in the Netherlands from July 30 to August 7, playing friendlies against NEC Nijmegen, Utrecht, and Bayer Leverkusen. Sevilla's preseason continues with a friendly against Ceuta tonight.
