Sweden Rebuilt Total Defense System Following Russia's Annexation of Crimea

According to Magnus Hjort, Director General of the Swedish Psychological Defense Agency, Sweden initiated the restoration of its total defense system in 2015 as a direct response to Russia's annexation of Crimea and aggression in eastern Ukraine.
