Raphinha to Return to Barcelona for Pre-Season Training Next Monday
Brazilian winger Raphinha is concluding his vacation and will report to Barcelona on Monday, July 27, for pre-season training. The 29-year-old spent his final days of relaxation with family on the island of Ibiza, following a trip to Disney World in Orlando. His vacation served as a 'recharge' after he suffered a muscle injury during the 2026 World Cup, causing him to miss Brazil's crucial final matches. Raphinha's recurring muscle issues remain a concern for Barcelona, as he experienced intermittent injuries last season and a flare-up of his right leg biceps femoris injury during the World Cup. Upon return, Barcelona's medical team will assess his fitness for high-intensity training. He will join the team for a closed camp at St. George's Park. Teammate Ferran Torres is also vacationing in Ibiza, while Eric Garcia visited training teammates.
