MNP to acquire Toronto accounting practice Peakvest CPA to deepen client support
Canadian professional services firm MNP has agreed to merge with Peakvest CPA Professional Corporation, a chartered professional accounting practice based in Toronto North. The deal, effective 1 September 2026, will see Peakvest owner Ken Khosla join MNP as a partner along with his team, moving into MNP's Toronto North office in Markham. Peakvest provides accounting, tax, and business advisory services to clients across the Greater Toronto Area. MNP's Toronto North regional managing partner Andrea Chan stated the merger aligns with the company's strategy to build its presence and services in the Markham office. MNP, founded in 1958, operates over 150 locations across Canada and offers services including consulting, succession planning, estate planning, corporate finance, and cross-border taxation.
