Mallorca Official: Portuguese Midfielder Samu Costa to Join Al-Nassr

Real Mallorca's official media officer Hector Martin confirmed to the Riyadh Post that the club has finalized the transfer of Portuguese midfielder Samu Costa to Saudi club Al-Nassr. The deal was completed after Al-Nassr outbid RB Leipzig and other European clubs. The Riyadh Post had reported on July 18 that Al-Nassr was close to signing the 25-year-old. Costa joined Mallorca from Almeria in 2013 and became a standout La Liga midfielder. Last season, he made 33 appearances across all competitions, starting 31 times, scoring 7 goals and providing 2 assists.
