Kyrgyz President Highlights Transnational Threats and Cyberattacks at SCO Security Meeting
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov addressed the 21st Meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states in Bishkek, identifying critical challenges facing the region.
