Ivor Pandur joins Rangers after Hull City planned to sign new number one goalkeeper

New Rangers goalkeeper Ivor Pandur, 26, revealed he left Hull City despite their promotion to the Premier League because the club planned to sign a new first-choice goalkeeper with top-flight experience.
