The report documented instances of harassment against students who consume alcohol, smoke, or wear inappropriate clothing, as well as bullying based on sexual orientation and ethnicity. While school administrators and activists describe this as a nationwide issue linked to demographics from MENAPT countries, Hizb ut-Tahrir spokesperson Elias Lamrabet framed these actions as a proud defense of Islamic identity against assimilation. Experts warn that such groups are exploiting Western freedoms to advance radical agendas.
