QX Global Group Appoints Vijay Pahuja as Group Chief Executive Officer
QX Global Group, a finance, accounting and recruitment KPO leader backed by Long Ridge Equity Partners, has appointed Vijay Pahuja as Group CEO, effective immediately. Pahuja brings over 25 years of experience from Sutherland Global Services, WNS, Cognizant and IBM, specializing in AI-led transformation and scaling service businesses. He succeeds Pom Chakravarti, who will remain on the board and focus on strategic client relationships. Pahuja aims to deepen sector expertise and scale AI-driven outcomes for mid-market clients across the US, UK and Europe. The company, founded in 2003 with 3,000+ professionals, holds leadership in accounting, real estate and staffing, with growing practices in insurance, hospitality, CPG & retail and manufacturing.
