General Mills has voluntarily recalled more than 735,000 Pillsbury frozen bread dough rolls due to potential glass contamination. The recall affects two products: Pillsbury Bread Rolls Hard Roll Dough (554,400 rolls) and Pillsbury Bread Rolls Kaiser Roll Dough (181,440 rolls). The frozen dough was supplied exclusively to Walmart in-store bakeries across 19 U.S. states, where it was baked and sold to customers. The FDA classified the recall as Class II on July 13, 2026, indicating that exposure could cause temporary or medically reversible health consequences, though serious harm is considered remote. General Mills initiated the recall on June 19. Affected lot numbers include 11JUN6JL and 12JUN6JL with 'Better if Used By' dates of Oct. 12 and Oct. 13, 2026. Consumers who purchased fresh rolls from Walmart bakeries may not have access to lot codes and are advised to contact the store or General Mills for information.
