ETL Global Spain expands with Adares ETL Global acquisition and Allyon ETL Madrid office
ETL Global has expanded its presence in Spain by incorporating Adares ETL Global into ETL Global Spain. Adares ETL Global, founded in 1996, serves self-employed professionals and businesses in the province of Soria, operating two offices in the provincial capital and one in Ólvega. Led by partners Agustín López, Purificación Palomar, and Lourdes Ramos with a team of over 20 professionals, the firm specializes in tax and accounting services, as well as employment, legal, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters. By joining ETL Global Spain, Adares will maintain its local identity while gaining access to the broader network's support. Separately, Allyon ETL, part of the ETL Global network, has completed the setup of its Madrid office at 108 Príncipe de Vergara, extending its footprint beyond Barcelona. The Madrid team focuses on tax advice, tax law, corporate law, VAT, and indirect taxation. This development follows the integration of several specialist practices and earlier this month, ETL Global relocated its headquarters to the Grid in Essen, Germany.
