Dubai DET partners with Julius Baer to support global investors
Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) has partnered with Swiss wealth manager Julius Baer to help overseas investors, business owners, and family offices establish or expand operations in Dubai. The collaboration aims to create formal pathways for ultra-high-net-worth individuals under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. Julius Baer, which has operated in Dubai for over two decades, reported assets under management of SFr547bn ($666.9bn) as of June 2026 and a 128% profit increase in the first half of 2026. DET stated the alliance will help global investors understand Dubai's economic direction and ecosystem. The partnership is seen as a natural extension of Julius Baer's long-standing commitment to the region.
