Cuba Will Not Be Starved Into Submission

Despite the siege, Cuba has announced its most significant economic opening in a decade on June 18, expanding private business and foreign investment. Soberón insists these reforms aim to secure, not abandon, the social guarantees of the revolution. He emphasizes Cuba's commitment to international law, sovereignty, and non-interference, stating that the gains of the revolution are not negotiable.
