Chelsea set £25m asking price for defender Axel Disasi
Chelsea have set a £25m asking price for defender Axel Disasi, who is close to leaving the club after two failed attempts to sell him in previous summers. The Blues have amortised enough of his contract to offer him at a reasonable price. Disasi, who spent a loan spell at West Ham, has proven his Premier League level as a solid box defender. Italian clubs Roma and AC Milan have enquired about the former Monaco man, though they may be reluctant to meet the full asking price. Chelsea hope to finalize a permanent sale as part of their ongoing summer transfer market activity, which has already seen major deals involving Morgan Rogers and Alejandro Garnacho.
