Avalon GloboCare Rebrands as Change Agents Corp. to Focus on Agentic AI Software
Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ: ALBT) announced it is rebranding as Change Agents Corp., completing its transition into a pure-play agentic artificial intelligence software company. The company's common stock will begin trading under the new ticker symbol CHGA on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 22, 2026. The rebranding follows Avalon's acquisition of RPM Interactive and reflects a shift from a diversified technology business to a SaaS company focused on AI platforms. Director Michael Mathews outlined the company's AI strategy, including the Beacon platform (AI Generative Engine Optimization, launching late Q3 2026) and Catch-Up (autonomous AI content creation for podcasters, in Phase 2 development with AWS partner Caylent). The company is also evaluating AI opportunities in defense and security markets. Legacy products include the KetoAir breathalyzer. Avalon Globocare shares were down 1.43% in premarket trading following the announcement.
