Alliance Entertainment Touts 21% Sales Jump, Collectibles Push at Investor Event
Alliance Entertainment (NASDAQ: AENT) executives reported strong quarterly growth during a RedChip Companies investor event, with revenue rising 21% year-over-year to $258 million. CD sales nearly doubled (up 93%), while vinyl increased 17% and movie revenue rose 6%. Adjusted EBITDA grew 4% for the quarter and 47% over the nine-month period. The company highlighted its 873,000-square-foot Kentucky distribution center as a key competitive advantage, shipping over 57 million units annually to 71 countries. Automation via AutoStore reduced vinyl picking staff from 41 to seven, with a lease buyout in January 2027 expected to cut costs further. Management is expanding into higher-margin areas including collectibles (Handmade by Robots), authentication (Alliance Authentic), and studio licensing (Endstate Authentic) to diversify beyond traditional physical media.
