Based on the date of qualification approval, Zhou Hui has served as President of Hunan Bank for over three years. He is the first president since the bank was renamed from Huarong Xiangjiang Bank.
Born in January 1971, Zhou Hui holds a Doctorate in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and has completed postdoctoral research in Applied Economics at Peking University.
