In a statement, former President Donald Trump denied a report that Florida congressional candidate Byron Donalds removed him from his website and campaign materials. Trump claimed the story originated with USA Today and spread to CNN, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Newsweek, The New York Times, ABC, NBC, and Forbes, calling it a 'Fake Story' by 'Corrupt Media Outlets' trying to demean him. He asserted that Donalds immediately released a photo and statements denying the report, and that Trump has strongly endorsed Donalds, with two rallies already scheduled in Florida that will be 'SOLD OUT.' Trump stated his numbers in Florida are better now than during the election, and that the media's goal is to stop his 'ever upward momentum.' He called for courts to stop 'dishonest' politics and bar certain media from the White House. Trump reiterated his 'Complete and Total Endorsement' of Donalds, who he said is leading against Democrat candidate David Jolly, whom he described as a 'Failed and Totally Incompetent Dumocrat Candidate' and a 'Lefty Loser.' Trump warned that if Floridians believed the story, Donalds would lose the election.

Response to Claims About Byron Donalds
Another false story has been circulated claiming that a very close friend of mine, Byron Donalds — a man I endorsed very early — is removing me from his website and campaign materials.
Key facts:
- I won Florida by millions of votes, achieving the highest vote tally in history — three times
- My current approval numbers in Florida are better than they were at the time of the election
- Byron Donalds immediately released a photo and statements denying the story, and reaffirmed my strong endorsement of him
- Two rallies are already scheduled in Florida for Byron, and will be, as always, sold out
Origin of the False Story
The story originated with USA Today, then spread to CNN, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Newsweek, The New York Times, ABC, NBC, Forbes, and others. This is an attempt by corrupt media outlets to demean me.
Call for Action
The fake news media has been engaging in this behavior for years. I call them out, but they should be called out by the courts. They should not be permitted to enter the White House premises or the Press Room, because they are corrupt and dishonest.
If America does not have a free and honest press, it can never be truly great again. I will make it my mission to expose the hypocrisy, dishonesty, and lies being perpetrated upon the American public.
Endorsement of Byron Donalds
Byron Donalds has my complete and total endorsement. He is leading against a failed and incompetent Democrat candidate, David Jolly — a known left-wing loser who does not stand for the values of our great Florida patriots.
If Florida believed the false story that Byron "dropped" me, he would lose the election. That would be a terrible outcome, as he will be a fantastic governor.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
President Donald J. Trump
