(300264) announced on September 24 that, as of the date of this disclosure, the outstanding principal balance of loans from the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Chen Kunjiang, totaled RMB 35 million (excluding interest).
To alleviate the company's debt burden and support its continued operations, Chen Kunjiang has agreed to unconditionally and irrevocably waive the RMB 35 million debt. The company is not required to repay the said amount.
