Hong Kong-listed printed circuit board (PCB) related stocks surged on multiple price hike signals from the supply chain and AI demand expectations. Jianhao Group (00148.HK) rose over 6% in early trading, while Jianhao Laminate (01888.HK) gained 3.73%. Multiple brokerages report that downstream PCB manufacturers have started re-quoting after upstream raw material price increases, indicating a complete cost transmission mechanism from raw materials to copper-clad laminates and PCBs. The market generally expects the third quarter of 2026 to be the substantive inflection point for profit improvement across the entire chain. Copper-clad laminate (CCL) industry shows clear 'volume and price rising' characteristics. Since December, major CCL makers including Jianhao and Nanya have issued multiple price adjustment notices, with weekly CCL price increases of 10% to 20%. Jianhao Laminate has raised prices seven times this year, with some key products accumulating over 100% increases. Upstream raw material prices continue to rise; on September 22, Jiangxi Hongruixing Technology announced a 10% CCL price hike. Fiberglass giant China Jushi also issued price adjustment letters showing 10% to 20% increases for some products. Separately, Jingwang Electronics (03228.HK) launched its Hong Kong IPO, attracting 14 cornerstone investors including CPE Redwood, ZTE, Jianhao Group, and others, with total cornerstone subscriptions of approximately $310 million, representing 47.69% of the offering.

Cost Transmission Mechanism Fully Activated
According to multiple recent research reports, downstream PCB manufacturers have begun re-quoting prices following a sustained rise in upstream raw material costs. This marks the full activation of the cost transmission mechanism from upstream raw materials to midstream copper-clad laminates (CCL) and downstream PCBs. The market widely expects the third quarter of 2026 to be a substantive inflection point for profit improvement across the entire supply chain.
